"If you want someone who can use Scrum to generate the benefits and improvements you want for your organization, work with Steve. He has used Scrum to change and improve organizations and projects for longer and more successfully than most. He also can work equally well with programmers, qa, management and customers. If you want to be impressed, look at his portfolio of work, or just ask him to tell you some stories. Steve is the person I'd want at my side when I was helping an organization benefit from Scrum."
